This site is the result of a collaboration between the Texas Education Agency and Education Service Center Region 13 and was funded by the Texas Education Agency. It contains material which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied by Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) and other sources, and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this site including code and software. You may download material from this site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.

This agreement is effective until terminated by Advancing Educational Leadership, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the site, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

ADVANCING EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND PRIVACY
Because your privacy is important to us, Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) operates by these principles:

The ael.education website ("Site") is maintained by ESC Region 13, 5701 Springdale Road, Austin, TX 78723. We can be reached by e-mail at contact us.

We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). AEL collects information online primarily to make it easier and more rewarding for you to use our services. We request this information to provide our strongest value to you - a personalized online experience. We use your Personal Information to operate the ael.education website and we may occasionally inform you of new features, services, and products from Advancing Educational Leadership.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
